Introduction
Speak not, lie hidden, and conceal
the way you dream, the things you feel.
Deep in your spirit let them rise
akin to stars in crystal skies
that set before the night is blurred:
delight in them and speak no word.
How can a heart expression find?
How should another know your mind?
Will he discern what quickens you?
A thought once uttered is untrue.
Dimmed is the fountainhead when stirred:
drink at the source and speak no word.
Live in your inner self alone
within your soul a world has grown,
the magic of veiled thoughts that might
be blinded by the outer light,
drowned in the noise of day, unheard...
take in their song and speak no word.

Hallo! I shall recount what I did from Saturday... Well, on Saturday, there was the Vasantha Utsavam (Chingay) at 6.30pm but I went to put make-up at 3pm.. Makeup was fun and we went there quite early and ate this really not-so-delicious dinner. Chingay was really crowded with alot of people, especially the foreign workers. It was quite annoying to see them take so many pictures of us. We did the same dance twice at different places and we all were soooo energetic that even our dance teacher, maami was rather pleased. I came back at about 11pm...
On Sunday, we went to a birthday party of a toddler. He was very cute! We ate a pleasant lunch and then went to this shop called 'International Agencies'. This shop has been advertised in our radio for such a long time that my mum wanted to check it out... Wasn't as expected and the prices were exorbitant! When we came back I did some house chores and cleaned my room. Quite clean now, but could be better. Mum made some murrukus and mysoor paaku (a traditional Indian sweet).
Today is fine.. I went to school in the morning to collect my report slip, and Mrs Loh told me that I've improved quite well and that I should not lament over my history results.. She said that it was the learning curve. Hope all goes well!~
