Introduction
Speak not, lie hidden, and conceal
the way you dream, the things you feel.
Deep in your spirit let them rise
akin to stars in crystal skies
that set before the night is blurred:
delight in them and speak no word.
How can a heart expression find?
How should another know your mind?
Will he discern what quickens you?
A thought once uttered is untrue.
Dimmed is the fountainhead when stirred:
drink at the source and speak no word.
Live in your inner self alone
within your soul a world has grown,
the magic of veiled thoughts that might
be blinded by the outer light,
drowned in the noise of day, unheard...
take in their song and speak no word.

okies. I'm seriously sorry for that freaky post. I do feel that it is a bit scary, reading it about a week after writing it.. X< Anyway, I would like to clarify that whatever that was written in my last post was written with genuine conviction and melancholy.
Okayy.. I shall talk about more light-hearted stuff. :P RGS Open house was last saturday and it was sort of a moderate success, not for me, that is. It is amazing how many ppl saw my face on that HUMONGOUS poster. Apart from the other two guys looking gay to my friends, I thought that I looked bad, contrary to what my parents and sis say. Huihui is like, " You can definitely smile better than that in real life. I think you look nicer now!" I was highly amused!
I had 6 duties on open house. so I was occupied for the whole time from 7-5pm. As to why I came sooooooo early, I shall officially glare at jayasutha samuthiran.. :P lol. The most fun duty was the lucky draw booth.. :)) Most of the people got cheapo pencils and pens (i doubt if they even cost 50cents each!).. Some lucky ones got the rg memo pad, which, coming to think of it now, looks rather sad.
The funny part was that some parents were under the illusion that the top prize was a car.. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Okay, I need to stop to breathe! Guess what the top prize actually was- drum rolls- the exclusive, high quality, RGS TOWELS!! Haha! I was highly amused by those parents' expressions when I told them that! So, that was the highlight of open house..
Yeah, and today was a terrible day.. No, terrible is an understatement. It was horrible. Whatever. The day started with history and math, which is okay. Then, we get the BAD news that Ms neo will leave for maternity leave next week!!! And we are going to get a new teacher, whose teaching style I do not particularly like. Haiz.. And then to add on to my frustration and sorrow, we have SS (a subject which I hate), physics (the teacher whom I despise) and bio (which is utterly boring)!
The only perk for the day was aesthetics, where we were talking about personal grooming. I didn't learn much from it but listening to Mrs Chin's various experiences from her trips around the world are very interesting to hear. Seriously! I dont think I'll ever save a chinese girl in the dubai airport who had been conned, from prostitution ever in my life.. :) Okay, I shall end here to go eat longans.. Hope all goes well~
