Introduction
Speak not, lie hidden, and conceal
the way you dream, the things you feel.
Deep in your spirit let them rise
akin to stars in crystal skies
that set before the night is blurred:
delight in them and speak no word.
How can a heart expression find?
How should another know your mind?
Will he discern what quickens you?
A thought once uttered is untrue.
Dimmed is the fountainhead when stirred:
drink at the source and speak no word.
Live in your inner self alone
within your soul a world has grown,
the magic of veiled thoughts that might
be blinded by the outer light,
drowned in the noise of day, unheard...
take in their song and speak no word.

I realise that this is my first post after coming back to Singapore!! The trip was ultimately great and meeting up family members whom I've not seen for more than 2 years! Anyway, the day I came back, I was welcomed by over 475 messages in my inbox and I almost dropped dead after reading them!
The day after I returned was PB AGM, which was extremely fun! We really bonded very well during the games session and lunchtime.. Then of course, Zhen Er entertained us with her lame jokes before Mr Lau's workshop. Lemme give some examples..
Several pick-up linesAre you tired?Cos' you've been running through my mind all day!
Do you have a plaster?Cos' I think I have fallen for you.
Do you like raisins? How about a date? ;)
Is your father a terrorist?Cos' you're da bomb. -.-
Is your father a thief?Cos' he stole the stars from the sky and put them in your eyes..
Well, if you guffawed through the lot of them, do understand that it was a highly entertaining way to spend our time when we had nothing to do.. Anyway, there were some nice quotes mentioned by Mr Lau in his slides and I liked this particular one..
'Many succeed momentarily by what they know,
Some succeed temporarily by what they do,
Few succeed permanently by what they are.'
Two days after that was CCAO, in which I killed my feet because of being in those painful pumps for hours, not to mention going out for shopping afterward with my mom and sis in orchard! The tour was sad because the sec ones seems unnaturally unenthusiastic about knowing about CCAs.
Tomorrow is New Year!!! :) Haha! Actually, I do not want the new year to come at all because it means going to sec 4! Wah!!
The End
