Introduction
Speak not, lie hidden, and conceal
the way you dream, the things you feel.
Deep in your spirit let them rise
akin to stars in crystal skies
that set before the night is blurred:
delight in them and speak no word.
How can a heart expression find?
How should another know your mind?
Will he discern what quickens you?
A thought once uttered is untrue.
Dimmed is the fountainhead when stirred:
drink at the source and speak no word.
Live in your inner self alone
within your soul a world has grown,
the magic of veiled thoughts that might
be blinded by the outer light,
drowned in the noise of day, unheard...
take in their song and speak no word.

Haha, sorry for the pessismism but I feel like I got teleported into a different world of dance, dance and only dance to borrrrring work, delayed work, untouched work and the worst of them all, work I didn't know existed till like NOW.
Dance Night was awesome! Okay, no, wonderful and great! :) I marvel at the energy of the modern dancers and of the grace of the Chinese dancers and even though I shouldn't be saying this, the dignity of us Indian dancers. Well, when the music screwed up on Day 1, I thought it was coincidence and a truly honest mistake but i really don't understand how in the world it got screwed up yesterday AGAIN! Well, you may say that something's wrong with the CD but it worked perfectly well for all the technical runs for both days and ONLY played badly for the performance itself.
Ahh, I have come to the conclusion that it was all fate and God's will. On both days, we got extremely pissed after the music stopped and performed way better the second time than the first. so I felt that it was higher calling deliberately making us more fired up for the 2nd round! Either way, it was really upsetting to see how down everyone, especially the seniors looked. Well, the mistake was not ours, we trained hard and did a decent job and managed our adversity (bad CDs) exceptionally well. I prefer to see the glass not half full, but overflowing with sweet honey! xD
Whatever it is, Dance Night has taught me a lot of things. Why, I even can envision what I want for RJ IND'09 and how SYF should be done. I hope I don't screw up as a chairperson the coming year and that I can rebuild the energy, chemistry, fun and AWESOMENESS that RG IND'07 was (and hopefully still is)! GWH #2 is so within our reach if that can be done man!!! ><
Now that the real world has set in, I have LOTS of work to catch up on: Math test, Bio SPA, Econs test (I only knew about it today!) and generally all the subjects! 25 days to GP Common Test and that is just freaky. I gotta at least try my level best and currently, well, don't even ask about the current state! Shall post pics if I can!
