HAHAHA, to all sec 4s! Looking at this, all I can think is, been there, done that.
Ah, walking through the black and gold gate again after God-knows-how-long was amazing!
It was like trodding on an alien land where you have this déjà vu feeling, like you know this place from before and yet you don't know it at all. Of course, I don't know if that's true, but that's how I felt.

To think that four unforgettable years that will always be treasured were spent on those grounds.. Just looking at how much has changed in the 8 months is scary, I wonder whether I will be able to recognise RGS if I go back ten years later, and the thought creeps me out. The canteen table that we stole from the NCC girls, tamil room (
which is currently in an irredeemable state of disarray), PB room
(ah, miss the cushions but didn't go there as there were no fellow prefects near me! ><> KS Chee Theatre (DANCE!), library (where we exhausted the CD collection of all its decent movies. pls, which school library has Hum Tum, K3G and Mohabbatein in its selection?), and the RTC (Raffles Torture Chamber, whoops Raffles Thinking Class) room (sigh, they turned it into a comm lab so my poor juniors can't have dance pracs there anymore! :P) and D333 (4/06'07!).
Haha, I have to chuckle at where all we had to be displaced to just to have a dance prac. From the gym to KS Chee to Blk J-101 to tamil room to how could I forget, KOI POND! haha. Miss the days where we spent half an hour looking for a place and then spent 2 hours dancing in the midst of intense gossip sessions. haha! :D
Felt this overwhelming sense of emotion to see my juniors prefects (hello Tessa, Lyn, Ramiya, Cheryl, Liyana, Wen Yan (you stalker! HAHA!), Jocelyn and Wei Shan (you still look like a camel. Too bad. :P) and my LOVELY dance juniors (Rhubs, Suppie, Elam, and how can I forget, aishu).

And the bonus was seeing KRISTIN LIM YU XUAN!! Woman, you are the second person I got to know in RGS and it almost feels impossible that you've been in a different junior college all this while! I hope your humans combi is doing you good. :D Haha, glad to know that RG IND is WAY better than HCJC's pseudo Indian Dance! heehee.
Funny thing is, we didn't even see any teacher properly! And we were supposed to go for them. Sheesh.
Caught up with Dawn on my way home.
Me: Do you read Twilight?
Dawn: Yep.
Me (shocked): Have you read Breaking Dawn?
Dawn: No lah, only the first 3, until Eclipse. Damn trashy lah. What happens in Breaking Dawn
Me: -explains the whole story to the highly amused Dawn-
Dawn: See, so crappy. That's why I don't wanna read it.
Me: No, youdon't wanna read it cos you'll be broken right? (BREAKING DAWN, lame I know)
Dawn: Aiyoh Madhu. So funny. You go camp, you stay up to see me break. You wake up late late, I also break. And I break every single day. What's so special?
Haha, doesn't sound quite as funny now but it was damn funny in the bus! :D And of course, Dawn's sick observations of the girls sitting opposite us helped too. And I am soo going to find out your blog address! Miss having you in class, you turtle (inside joke)! :P
Haha, waiting for bhuvan to send me the dumb photos the three of us took so that I can post them. Sigh, will never forget this day ever!
