Woah, I am so proud to have witnessed Phelp's 7th and 8th golds! The 7th one was cool, where he was second all along and suddenly reached over to the finishing line and touched 1/100th of a second faster than the guy before him.. AMAZING!
And today morning, his swimming was good but the guy after him, I think it's Lezak (the one who got him another gold) who did an awesome job. Lezak started steadily and puched hard throughout.
Wow, I missed Usain Bolt's historic run but I saw the race in the news just now, and he was unbelievably phenomenal! I mean, the distance between him and Gay was a lot!!! This is a guy who was 1.95m by the time he was 15 (WTH?!?!) and won so easily with an untied shoelace and with no wind assistance! No wonder his nickname is Lightning Bolt! :D
On a side note, I shall neglect the olympics till 7.30pm. Can't wait! Eh, China has had enough golds already so donating one to Singapore won't hurt. Faceoff between the Chinese and the ex-Chinese! All the way, Singapore! (:
