Introduction
Speak not, lie hidden, and conceal
the way you dream, the things you feel.
Deep in your spirit let them rise
akin to stars in crystal skies
that set before the night is blurred:
delight in them and speak no word.
How can a heart expression find?
How should another know your mind?
Will he discern what quickens you?
A thought once uttered is untrue.
Dimmed is the fountainhead when stirred:
drink at the source and speak no word.
Live in your inner self alone
within your soul a world has grown,
the magic of veiled thoughts that might
be blinded by the outer light,
drowned in the noise of day, unheard...
take in their song and speak no word.

I don't even know why I love this song so much but I do. I only like the Rascal Flatts version and detest the Carrie Underwood one. It is really sweet, and is when you think about it, all about fate and serendipity..
I set out on a narrow way many years ago
Hoping I would find true love
Along the broken road
But I got lost a time or two
I wiped my brow and kept pushing through
I couldn't see how every sign pointed straight to you
That every long lost dream
Led me to where you are
Others who broke my heart
They were like northern stars
Pointing me on my way
Into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to You
I think about the years I spent just passing through
I'd like to have the time I lost And give it back to you
But you just smile and take my hand
You've been there and you understand
It's all part of a grander plan
That is coming true
No matter what you say, I am sorry I contributed even an inkling to the problem. I didn't intend for that to happen. ><
